Eight members make up the Board of Directors, which meets once every month, except in June.  Any Co-op member may add an item to the agenda by contacting the BOD President Erica Esser at

Every May and October the Board hosts a General Membership Meeting which usually includes a potluck dinner, wine tasting, board meeting and lots of fun! 

Four board members are elected to a two-year term in a ballot election every April. To run for a board position contact the general managers at info (at) spacoop (dot) com to submit a short biography for candidacy.
