Located inside the Co-op, Earthcrust Bakery has been serving
up their tasty fare since 1976. The bakery is owner-run,
uses all natural ingredients, and meets it electrical needs
with solar power. Their baked goods are made with organic flours
and grains. They also use local dairy products, eggs, honey
and vegetables.
The Co-op sells Earthcrust’s fresh bread, cookies, and muffins,
along with frozen cinnamon rolls, danishes and savory pastry
pockets during regular business hours, Monday through Friday: 9am-1pm.
