Bodin Fisheries is located in Bayfield
Wisconsin on the shore of Lake Superior and is run by a fourth
generation fishing family. The fish are landed daily at their
dockside facility and processed immediately.
Gifts from the Good Earth is our main
frozen meat supplier and they are located just across the river
in the town of Milladore! The Hansen family raise organic
grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, and pasture raised
poultry.
Earthcrust Bakery not only supplies the fresh, but the frozen
too! Look in the freezer for cinnamon rolls, danishes,
scones and pocket pastries.
We buy the majority of our freezer items
from our distributor out of Iowa, United
Natural Food Inc. (UNFI).
UNFI is the largest publicly traded wholesale distributor to
the natural and organic foods industry.
